(A) Compliance with the provisions of this chapter does not relieve the sponsor from complying with all other licensing and permitting requirements of the city, including business license, occupancy permits in the event stages or tents are utilized. Nor does such compliance relieve the sponsor from compliance with the fire code, traffic laws, parking requirements, sanitation provisions or any other municipal ordinance.
(B) In accordance with § 110.001, a business license is required when operating within the City of Goose Creek. All promoters and vendors are licensed individually unless a blanket business license has been issued; at the discretion of the Finance Director. The business license will be based on all promoter's fees and an estimation of gross revenue of all vendors of the event. All federal, state and local regulations are strictly applied.
