§ 36.07 ATTENDANCE OF POLICE OFFICER IN COURT REQUIRED.
   One of the officers of the police force shall be in constant attendance in the Municipal Court and shall take proper measures for the safekeeping of the prisoners and for carrying into effect the orders of the court. The Chief of Police and police officers shall also be invested with the same powers and duties as are provided for magistrates and constables.
