§ 50.012 FUNDING.
   In addition to all other charges, fees and penalties, the City of Goose Creek shall have the right to develop and impose a stormwater service fee to fund implementation of this chapter and its associated programs and plans. Establishment and revision of the fees shall be approved by the Goose Creek City Council.
