(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person, owner or operator violating any of the provisions of § 71.01 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or both.
(C) Violation of § 71.02 is a petty misdemeanor and is punishable within the guidelines of those offenses.
