§ 53.12 SURFACE WATERS.
   No person shall connect a roof, ground water or surface water drain to the sewage system. Water used for cooling and condenser purposes which does not exceed 25 parts per million B.O.D. or other industrial or domestic water which does not contain discoloration, harmful chemicals, sediment, solids, noxious odors and does not exceed 25 parts per million B.O.D. may be discharged directly into the storm sewer system and, if metered, shall be deducted from any service charge in connection with the sewer charge.
