§ 116.03 LICENSE REQUIRED.

It is unlawful for any person to operate a food truck without a license from the city. A license is valid for only one food truck. Each separate food truck needs to have its own separate license. Operations meeting the definition of a food truck and operating under a valid food truck license do not need a solicitor's permit under Ch. 113 of the city code.
