(A) As allowed by M.S. § 205.13, Subd. 3(b)(3), a statutory city of the fourth class may adopt, by ordinance, a filing fee of $15. (Note: State statute originally set $2 as the filing fee for cities of the fourth class.)
(B) Failure to pay the required filing fee is declared to be a petty misdemeanor.
