§ 114.32 HOURS.
   No sale of beer or other non-intoxicating malt liquor shall be made on any day between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., except on any Sunday no such sales shall be made between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
