Connections to the city’s sanitary sewer and storm sewer systems must be done in accordance with rules and regulations set forth by the State Plumbing Code. A plumbing permit for any connection to the city’s sewer mains must be obtained and the connection must be done only by a plumber holding a current, valid drainlayer’s license issued by the city.
