§ 133.99 PENALTY.

Any person who shall commit an act of trespass as hereinabove defined in this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding 90 days or both.
