(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person convicted of violating § 30.15 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
(C) Any person who willfully prevents or hinders the Health Officer or the Board of Health of the city or his, her or its agents from entering premises in the performance of his, her or its duties or interferes with the proper performance of his, her or its duties or refuses to comply with an order issued in conformance with § 30.16(D) shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to a fine of not less than $1,000 and/or up to 90 days in jail, for each offense
