§ 154.006 ABROGATION AND GREATER RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   It is not intended by this chapter, to repeal, abrogate or impair any existing easements, covenant or deed restrictions.
   (B)   However, where this chapter imposes greater restrictions, the provisions of this chapter shall prevail.
