(A) Flood Insurance Rate Maps for the city, dated 6-15-1982, Community Panel Number 2705280005B, and Flood, Insurance Rate Maps for the County of Winona, dated 1-18-1984, Community Panel Numbers 2705250100C and 2705250079C all developed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, are hereby adopted by reference thereto as the official flood plain zoning district maps of the city and are hereby made a part of this chapter as if fully set out herein.
(B) This section shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage by the City Council and its publication in the official newspaper of the city. The ordinance codified herein was published on 10-30-1992.
