All provisions of M.S. Ch. 340A, as may be amended from time to time, relating to the definition of terms, licensing, consumption, sales, conditions of bonds of licensees, hours of sale and all other matters pertaining to the resale, distribution and consumption of intoxicating liquor not set out in the provisions of this subchapter are adopted and made a part of this subchapter as if set out in full herein.
