§ 114.09 RESTRICTION ON PURCHASE AND CONSUMPTION.

No person shall mix or prepare liquor for consumption in any public place or place of business unless he or she has a license to sell liquor on-sale or a permit from the Liquor Control Director under M.S. Ch. 340A, as may be amended from time to time, and no person shall consume liquor in any such place.
