§ 114.06 PERSONS INELIGIBLE FOR LICENSE.
   No license shall be granted to any person made ineligible for such a license pursuant to M.S. Ch. 340A, as may be amended from time to time. No license may be granted any person who is not actively involved in the operation and management of the premises licensed.
