§ 111.17 TERM OF THE FRANCHISE.
   (A)   A franchise granted hereunder shall be for the term established in the franchise agreement and shall not exceed 15 years.
   (B)   A franchise granted hereunder may be renewed upon application by the grantee pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and applicable laws.
