§ 94.06 REGISTRY.
   The Chief of Police shall maintain a complete file of lost, stolen or abandoned property containing at least the following information:
   (A)   A complete description of the property including serial number, model number, make and the like, if there be any;
   (B)   Finder of the property;
   (C)   The time and place of finding;
   (D)   The disposition of the property; and
   (E)   Any other pertinent information as deemed by the Chief of Police.
