§ 71.36 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Motorized golf carts are hereby authorized to be used on the streets of the city; the golf carts may be used so long as the owner and operator have obtained a permit, as provided in this traffic code, and the motorized golf cart is operated in compliance with all applicable state and local regulations.
