§ 71.07 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   No person shall operate a snowmobile in the city between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., except in the case of emergencies. No person shall operate a snowmobile in a public park in the city between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
