§ 52.08 CONTROL MANHOLE REQUIRED.
   (A)   The owner of any property served by a building sewer carrying industrial waste shall install a suitable control manhole in the building sewer to facilitate observation and sampling of the waste.
   (B)   (1)   The owner in accordance with plans approved by the City Engineer shall construct the manhole.
      (2)   The owner shall maintain the manhole so as to be safe and accessible at all times.
