§ 50.26 COSTS FOR SHUT OFF VALVE REPAIR.
   (A)   Any and all costs incurred by digging to locate any shut off valve shall be borne by the city.
   (B)   All shut off valves shall be kept readily accessible for service by maintenance personnel.
   (C)   In the event that any concrete or bituminous surface must be removed in order to gain access to any shut off valve, all replacement costs shall be borne by the individual city.
