§ 50.17 OWNERSHIP OF MUNICIPAL UTILITIES.
   Ownership of all municipal utilities, pipes, lines, mains, extensions and appurtenances, except for service lines connected to city mains and service line accessories, shall be and remain in the city and not in any person.
