§ 50.15 APPLICATION, CONNECTION AND SALE OF SERVICE.
   Application for municipal utility services installation shall be made to the City Clerk-Treasurer’s office on forms prescribed by the city. The applicant agrees to conform to this public works title and to rules and regulations established by the city as conditions for the use of the water, sewer, refuse and recycling services. No connection shall be made until completed application and consent has been received from the city. All municipal utilities shall be sold and delivered to customers under the then applicable rate.
