§ 50.03 CONTRACTUAL CONTENTS.
   Provisions of this public works title relating to municipal utilities shall constitute portions of a contract between the city and all customers of municipal utility services, and every customer shall be deemed to assent to same. All contracts between franchisees and customers of utility services other than municipal shall be in accordance with provisions of this chapter.
