§ 154.214 NON-CONFORMING SIGNS.
   Signs lawfully existing at the time of the adoption or amendment of this chapter may be continued although the use, size or location does not conform with the provisions of this chapter. However, it shall be deemed a non-conforming use or structure and the provisions of §§ 154.225 through 154.230 of this chapter shall apply.
