§ 154.191 COMPUTING PARKING SPACE REQUIREMENTS.
   In computing the number of parking spaces required in a given parking lot, the following rules shall govern.
   (A)   FLOOR SPACE shall mean the gross floor area of the specified use.
   (B)   Where fractional space results, the parking spaces required shall be construed to be the nearest whole number.
   (C)   The parking space requirements for a use not specifically mentioned shall be the same as required for a similar nature, as determined by the Planning Commission.
