Automotive vehicles or trailers of any kind or type that do not have current legal license plates or are inoperable as defined by state statutes shall not be parked or stored on any residentially zoned property other than in completely enclosed buildings. No commercial vehicles or equipment exceeding 9,000 pounds gross weight shall be parked, stored or otherwise continued in a residential district unless in a completely enclosed structure or unless they are being used in conjunction with a legitimate service being rendered for the benefit of the residential premises.
