§ 154.183 PARKING LOT AND LOADING AREA USE RESTRICTION.
   Parking and loading facilities required by this subchapter for a given building or use shall not be used for storage of goods or for storage of vehicles that are inoperable as defined by state statutes or for sale or rent.
