§ 154.180 SCOPE.
   (A)   All parking constructed or maintained shall conform to the provisions of this subchapter and any other ordinance or regulation of the city.
   (B)   For any and all uses or structures not specifically provided for in this subchapter, the Planning Commission shall determine proper parking or loading requirements as appropriate.
