All territory annexed to the city, which is not shown on the Zoning Map as part of this chapter, shall automatically, upon annexation, be classified within the A-1 Agriculture District. It shall be subject to all regulations, notations, references and conditions applicable to the zone until the time that a determination may be made as to the proper district classification and an amendment can be made to this chapter to that effect.
