In the event that the Zoning Map becomes damaged, destroyed, lost or because of the nature or number of changes and additions, the City Council may, by resolution, adopt a new Zoning Map, which shall supersede the Zoning Map. The new Zoning Map may correct drafting and other errors or omissions in the prior Zoning Map, but no corrections shall have the effect of amending the original Zoning Ordinance, or any subsequent amendment. The signature of the Mayor, attested by the words: “This is to certify that this Zoning Map supersedes and replaces the Zoning Map adopted (date of adoption of map being replaced) as part of this chapter of the City of Good Thunder” shall identify the new Zoning Map.
