§ 153.071 REVIEW AND INSPECTION.
   (A)   The subdivider/developer shall pay for all costs incurred by the city for subdivision review and inspection.
   (B)   This would include preparation and review of plans and specifications by technical assistance and cost incurred by the Attorney, as well as other costs of similar nature.
