§ 153.069 SPECIFICATIONS AND INSPECTIONS.
   Unless otherwise stated, all the required improvements shall conform to engineering standards and specifications as required by the City Council. The improvements shall be subject to inspection and approval by, and shall be made in sequence as determined by, the Engineer.
