§ 153.068 TREE PLANTING.
   (A)   In areas lacking trees as determined by the Planning Commission, trees may be required to be planted not less than 40 feet apart, with a minimum of one per lot, at the time a building permit is issued.
   (B)   No trees shall be planted within 30 feet of the intersection of curb lines on corner lots.
   (C)   The minimum size shall measure one and one-half inches in diameter at ground line.
   (D)   Only those varieties and locations approved shall be used. No trees shall be planted within a right-of-way.
