§ 153.067 DRIVEWAY ENTRANCES.
   (A)   Driveways shall be constructed from the pavement line to the property line.
   (B)   Where ditches parallel the road surface, driveways shall span the ditch and a culvert of adequate size shall be installed by the subdivider/developer to ensure proper drainage.
