(A) The final plat shall conform to all platting regulations of the state and county.
(B) It shall basically be comprised of, but not limited to, the following:
(1) Map showing all dimensions and accurate graphic representations of the plat’s boundaries, lots, blocks, streets, alleys, easements, pedestrian walkways, parks and the like;
(2) General information such as: north indication, legend for symbols representing monuments and the like; graphic scale (no smaller than one inch equals 100 feet); and
(3) Formal dedication portion including: accurate legal description; notarized certification by owners and mortgage holders of the adoption of the plat and dedication of the public portions; notarized certification by a registered land surveyor to the effect that a survey has been performed and that all monuments are in place. Certification showing that all taxes currently due on the property to be platted have been paid in full; form for approval by the Planning Commission, form for approval by the City Council; form for approval by the County Recorder; and any other forms or certifications needed for final acceptance.
