§ 152.36 REMOVAL BY CITY.
   The city may cause removal from all public sidewalks all snow and ice as soon as possible beginning 48 hours after any matter has been deposited or after the snow has ceased to fall. The City Clerk-Treasurer shall keep a record showing the cost of the removal adjacent to each parcel.
