§ 114.37 INVESTIGATION OF ON-SALE LICENSES.
   (A)   A preliminary background and financial investigation of the applicant shall be conducted in compliance with M.S. § 340A.412, as it may be amended from time to time.
   (B)   The applicant shall pay an investigation fee at the time of the application.
   (C)   The investigation fee shall be set annually by the City Council.
