§ 114.21 LICENSE FEE.
   (A)   On-sale. The annual on-sale 3.2% malt liquor license fee shall be set annually by the City Council.
   (B)   Off-sale. The annual off-sale 3.2% malt liquor license fee shall be set annually by the City Council.
   (C)   Temporary. The temporary on-sale 3.2% malt liquor license fee shall be set annually by the City Council. A separate license fee is required for each event licensed and must be secured at least three days prior to the event.
