The provisions of MS. Ch. 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, relating to the retail sale, distribution and consumption of alcoholic beverages are adopted and made a part of this chapter as if set out in full. It is the intent of the city to be in compliance with the law as set forth in M.S. Ch. 340A, the Liquor Act, as it may be amended from time to time. If any provision of this chapter or any other chapter of the city code conflicts with M.S. Ch. 340A, as it may be amended from time to time, the state statute provision shall prevail. The city’s Clerk-Treasurer shall have the authority to change the content of this chapter when the changes are needed to bring the content into compliance with state statutes.
