(A) License required. No person shall keep, maintain or possess any game of skill, coin-amusement device or music machine for use by the public at any place in the city without first having obtained a license.
(B) License fee. The license fees for a game of skill license, a coin-amusement device license and a music machine license shall be set annually by the City Council.
(C) Term of license. Each license issued pursuant to the provisions of this section shall expire on December 31 in the year of issuance.
