§ 110.21 DUPLICATE LICENSE.
   (A)   The city’s Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a duplicate for any license issued pursuant to this business regulations title, upon the filing of an affidavit by the licensee stating that the original license was lost or destroyed and upon payment of a duplicate license fee.
   (B)   Each duplicate license shall be clearly marked as a duplicate.
