§ 110.18 FALSE STATEMENTS.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to intentionally make any false statement or to intentionally omit any required information in the completion of any application form.
   (B)   Any false statement or omission shall render the application, or any license issued, invalid and of no effect.
