§ 92.20 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this subchapter is to regulate open burning within the city and to protect the public health, safety and welfare. Through passage of this subchapter, the designated fire official or any law enforcement officer is hereby authorized to adopt and impose burning restrictions.
