§ 53.04 UTILITY EASEMENTS ON CITY-OWNED PROPERTIES.

All utility easements maintained on city-owned properties, including both current and future easements, are authorized by this section to allow the construction of and ingress and egress to greenways, pedestrian trails, bicycle paths and other recreational activities as allowed by the City of Goldsboro.
