§ 114.69 ADVERTISING.
   Subject to the rules and regulations of the City Council, it shall be lawful for any person owning or operating a taxicab, limousine or motor vehicle for hire to permit advertising matter to be affixed to or installed in or on such taxicabs, limousines or motor vehicles for hire.
