(A) The application fee for a privilege license for a massage therapy establishment shall be established by the Finance Department.
(B) The application fee for a privilege license for a massage therapist shall be established by the Finance Department.
(C) Under this chapter, a massage therapist in business as a sole practitioner shall only be required to pay the application fee set out in division (A) of this section.
