§ 110.02 LICENSE TAX LEVIED BY CITY NOT ENUMERATED, PROHIBITED BY ACT SAVED FROM REPEAL.
   Nothing contained in the North Carolina Revenue Act of 1939 as amended, being G.S. §§ 105-33 et seq., shall be construed to repeal any license tax heretofore levied by the city and not enumerated in the act nor prohibited by such act.
