§ 91.03 RUNNING AT LARGE PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful to permit any horses, mules, ponies, donkeys, or other beasts of burden, cattle, swine, sheep, goats or any fowl to run at large upon the streets, sidewalks, or public or private property.
